About Our Hair
What type of hair do you sell?
We sell high-quality raw and virgin hair extensions, specializing in curly textures while also offering straight and wavy bundles. Our bundles are sold in packs of three, with the most popular lengths around 26 inches.
What is the difference between raw hair and virgin hair?
• Raw hair: 100% unprocessed, directly sourced from donors, with no chemical or steam processing. It provides the most natural look and longevity.
• Virgin hair: Minimally processed for uniform textures but still high quality and long-lasting.
Can the hair be dyed or bleached?
• Raw hair can be bleached up to 613 blonde.
• Virgin hair can be bleached up to #27 honey blonde.
For the best results, we recommend professional bleaching and coloring.
How long does the hair last?
• Raw hair: 4+ years with proper care.
• Virgin hair: Up to 3 year with proper maintenance.
Does the hair shed or tangle?
Our hair is designed with high-quality wefts to minimize shedding. Minimal shedding is normal, and proper detangling and moisturizing will help prevent tangling, especially for curly textures.
Ordering & Payments
How does your pre-order system work?
We operate on a pre-order/drop shipping model, meaning we only order hair from our suppliers once your payment is confirmed. Because of this, shipping times may be longer than traditional in-stock orders. Please check estimated delivery times before placing an order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept debit and credit card payments. However, for pickup orders, you can pay in cash or via bank transfer before pickup.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchasing?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed due to our processing system. Please double-check your order before confirming payment.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship within the UK and internationally.
How long does shipping take?
Since we operate on a pre-order and drop shipping model, shipping times may be longer:
• UK orders: 7-14 business days
• International orders: 10-20 business days
• Custom orders (e.g., special textures or bulk orders): Up to 21 business days
Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we do not offer express shipping due to our pre-order process.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
We are not responsible for courier delays, but we will assist you in tracking your package. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! You can request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
What are the conditions for a return or exchange?
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
• The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
• All original labels, tags, and accessories must be included.
• The request must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Please visit our Contact Us page to submit a request. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds will only be issued if the returned item meets our return conditions. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
What if I receive the wrong order or a damaged item?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Hair Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my extensions?
• Use a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to maintain moisture.
• Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb or fingers, especially for curly textures.
• Moisturize regularly with lightweight hair oils to prevent dryness.
• Wrap your hair in a satin scarf or bonnet before sleeping to avoid tangling.
• Avoid excessive heat styling, and always use a heat protectant when using hot tools.
Can I install the hair myself?
While our bundles are easy to work with, we recommend professional installation for the best results.
